CREDIT SCREENING

Background Check
Every potential tenant that applies with our company will be required to pass a Criminal, Credit,
Sex Offender, and Eviction search before being approved. We will also verify previous tenancy and
employment. $20.00 is charged to the applicant, per applicant, for their credit/criminal background
screening. Any owner may choose to approve any tenant that moves into the property or have the
management company screen all applicants for them
