Collection Service
When tenants become delinquent, do not follow the terms of their in house arrangements,
and become more than thirty days past due, the company then evicts the tenant and puts their
account with an outside collection agency. We have relationships with many competent and successful
collection companies/attorneys that we use dependant upon location.
Collection fees vary based on the amount to be collected and the nature of the debt,
but on average come to about 40%. This will be assessed against the tenant over and
above the collection amount. Paradigm Real Estate will be entitled to its Management Fee
on any amount collected.
